Enevate, a startup in the lucrative battery development industry, has signed a lease in Irvine for a new headquarters six times the size of its current home, also in the city. The company moves from 20,000 square feet at UCI Research Park to 125,000 square feet at 34 Parker Drive, enabling the company to grow its electric vehicle battery pre-production line and corporate offices.
