Online Streaming Service Twitch Puts Down Roots

Online streaming service Twitch Interactive is adding to the growing roster of gaming tenants setting up shop at Innovation Office Park in Irvine. San Francisco-based Twitch has signed a nearly 26,100-square-foot deal at 140 Progress. Twitch will join another gaming company at 140 Progress: Sega of America, a Japanese video game firm. Sega occupies the first floor, while Twitch will occupy most of the second floor. In addition to Twitch and Sega, initial tenants of Innovation Office Park include other gaming companies Postcard Game Studio, Frost Giant Studios, and Notorious Studios.
